Room open for someone that wants to live in a nice, safe home with responsible roomies (house is really nice with a very spacious open common area and modern aesthetics and furniture).

If you're looking for a room that's peaceful and quiet, this is it! Folks tend to stay years but the leases are pretty flexible, they're month to month but can renew indefinitely. Really fast wifi we have the 2G google fiber which means the upload and download speeds match, unlike with other wifi services.

Smoking outside totally cool and the roomies enjoy craft beers on the patio here and there after work, none of us have pets, one of the guys is allergic to pet hair or something so no pets, sorry! I mean a gerbil would be ok but you get the idea.
