These 2 rooms are still available. The security deposit per room is $800 and the lease term is 12 months. Max pets per person is 1. Small dogs 10 lbs or less are preferred since mine is small. There is no pet deposit, pet fee, or pet rent.
•Bedroom 2: $1075 ABP, about 13 sq ft x 11 sq ft, the bathroom and closet are separated from the bedroom.
•Bedroom 3: $1125 ABP, about 12 sq ft x 11 sq ft, the bathroom and closet are within the room.
Laundry machines are provided, there is a huge fenced backyard, and the kitchen has upgraded appliances and a lot of storage cabinets/drawers. The owners are still getting the property ready during October since the previous tenants lived here 3 years. $100 of the ABP amount goes to me since I oversee payment of electricity, water, trash, and gas (1075-100=975, 1125-100=1,025). The owners pay for lawncare, pest control, and maintenance.
I have no preferences about the genders, orientations, or ages of my roommates. However, I’m 34F and would probably have the most in common with people age 25-40.
About me: I’ve been a licensed massage therapist for 7 years, I’m mobile and at a spa. I have a dry sense of humor but I’m introverted and like listening to Spotify on headphones. I’m flexible about roommate dynamics, we can be totally independent and skip greetings/goodbyes or we can be friends who go to the gym and work on projects together.
