Up for auction/sale is a vintage HO scale 0-4-0 steam switcher engine with a matching black slope-back tender.
Key Features & Performance:
Operational Condition: TESTED & WORKING. The motor and drive mechanism function smoothly down the track, as demonstrated in the listing media.
Details: Includes full side rod/valve gear assembly, molded boiler details, and cab interior detail with crew figure inside.
Tender: Matching slope-back coal tender with electrical tether connection to the cab.
Condition Details:
Mechanical: Runs well on standard 12V DC power. Smooth drivetrain action.
Cosmetic: Shows nice vintage character and light patina. Minor paint wear/surface micro-crazing visible on top of the cab roof consistent with age.
Couplers: Please Note: A few couplers are missing or incomplete (front and tender rear). Perfect candidate to fit with your choice of standard horn-hook (X2f) or Kadee knuckle couplers.
