Job: Evening baker
Compensation - based on experience
We are a small family-owned cafe in Aurora OR. We are a looking for a PM baker to do our evening prep work which includes baking and packaging a variety of cookies, quiches, and other assorted pastries. Professional experience is preferred but not required. If you don’t have industry experience, tell us about your personal baking achievements. The ideal candidate is/has: -strong communication and interpersonal skills
-strong customer service skills -able to work independently or as part of a team
-comfortable working in a fast-paced environment -reliable, organized, and able to prioritize tasks -the ability to comfortably lift and carry 50 pounds and stand for the duration of the shift. -available Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 1:00pm to 9:00pm.
