Pay Structure – Driver Loyalty & Performance Increase
We believe hard work and consistency should be rewarded. That’s why our pay rate increases every week during the first six weeks:
• Week 1: $75 CPM
• Week 2: $76 CPM
• Week 3: $77 CPM
• Week 4: $78 CPM
• Week 5: $79 CPM
• Week 6+: $80 CPM

Position Details:
* Equipment: Semi truck with 53’ Dry Van trailer
* OTR position
* Competitive pay
* Consistent miles
* Steady lanes/ %5-10 is spot market(DAT) all freight is contracted.
* Drop & hook loads
* Well-maintained equipment
* Flexible home time (based on agreement)
Requirements:
* Valid CDL Class A license
* Clean driving record
* At least 2 years of CDL driving experience (preferred)
* Ability to pass DOT drug screening
* Responsible, professional, and safety-oriented
