2015 Ford Transit 250 Medium Roof Camper Van – Solar, Roof Rack, Awning, Sink/Pump, etc. – $30,000 OBO
I can show it around the Denver/Boulder area early November. Motivated to sell!
___
I've owned it since April 2025. I’ve put about 19,000 mi on it. Only selling because I’m looking to find a more permanent place to live with my work schedule! Clean Texas title.
The build out was completed by the previous owner. Prior to the conversion, it was used as a cargo van.
The layout is intentionally open, leaving plenty of flexibility for storage or future modifications. I used the space under the bed platform to store gear, but it would be easy to reconfigure if you prefer a different layout (add shelves/racks).
Asking $30,000 OBO.

Happy to send a full list / Carfax with more details of all the work that’s been documented.
The van lived in Ohio and Pennsylvania before I purchased it, so there is some undercarriage rust and a few exterior rust spots. Happy to provide detailed photos.
Cosmetic wear is consistent with an 11-year-old van. Most noticeably, there are dents in the front driver's-side bumper and rear passenger-side bumper. These are cosmetic only and have never affected function.

- Fiamma F45S awning
- Class III hitch with brake controller
Interior:

- Last owner had a cassette toilet setup (pictured to give an idea of where you could put one). I took it out as it took up too much space. If you'd like it, I can include it!
___
Everything functions properly. Ready for travel/living today! Priced considering the light undercarriage rust and the notes below
**A few recent notes:
- The Maxxair fan has been occasionally beeping, I'm not sure why. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it shuts off prematurely.
- The krieger inverter seems to be overheating occasionally
Both of these parts would likely only be a couple hundred to replace
