Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and complete audit, review, and compilation engagements.
Apply U.S. GAAP, AICPA auditing standards (SAS), and SSARS.
Prepare and review audit workpapers, financial statements, and disclosures.
Supervise, mentor, and train staff on assurance engagements.
Work directly with U.S. real estate owners, developers, and operators.
Qualifications
Minimum of five years of public accounting experience, primarily in audit and assurance.
Real estate audit experience preferred.
Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus.
Reliable home office and high-speed internet connection.
Proficiency with cloud-based audit tools, QuickBooks, and Xero.
