I have two, never used 20’ Douglas Fir wood beams. 6”x12” is actually 5.5” x 11.5” and it’s just over full 20’ length. Asking $600 for both.

I also have two LVL beams available. They sell new for about $160-$180 each plus tax, or about $340 to $390 out the door for two. I’m only asking $160 cash for both beams, less than half.

You are welcome to pick up from my house in N Auburn (near Tractor Supply). I can help load if you and a friend show up as we probably need three to lift high up on roof lumber rack.

Or I can deliver for extra cost of gas & labor as I’d need to hire at least one friend to help out.
