Sea-Aire, Inc. is a light commercial HVAC contractor serving the Puget Sound area since 1980. We are looking for an Estimator/Project Coordinator. Our main focus is unit retrofits and some tenant improvements. This would be the perfect position for a technician or installer looking to get out of the field.
The position is responsible for all stages of the project from estimating through final inspection. This includes, but is not limited to:
· Job walk through
· Estimating
· Ordering equipment and related materials
· Coordinate and collaborate with architects and engineers when necessary
· Preparing and obtaining proper permits and inspections
· Coordinate project with building owner, tenant and install team
· Manage project and solve issues as they arise
-Conduct site visits to provide preventative maintenance agreement contracts
Requirements for the position:
· HVAC, sheet metal or relevant trade experience of at least 5 years+
-Physically able to climb step, extension and roof ladders
-Ability to measure, design and draw duct transitions
· Valid Washington State Drivers License with no major infractions
· Professional appearance
· Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated and organized
· Ability to estimate and manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Proficiency of Microsoft Office products and email
· Ability to effectively present information to customers and respond to questions
· Ability to problem solve effectively
