Looking for a hands-on manufacturing opportunity with excellent pay and room to grow? A leading aerospace company in Auburn is hiring Aerospace Machine Operators for temp-to-hire positions.

You’ll work with metal-cutting machinery and material-handling equipment while supporting a team focused on safety, quality, and long-term development.

Pay & Schedule
• $24.15/hr
• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday | 4:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What You’ll Do
• Operate metal-cutting machinery
• Use forklifts, cranes, and other material-handling equipment
• Perform quality checks and basic preventative maintenance

Experience Required:
• 1 year of forklift experience moving heavy loads
• 6 months of manufacturing experience
• 6 months of recent CNC machine operation experience (candidates with 1+ year of recent machine operation experience may also be considered)
