Pacesetter Personnel Services is currently seeking a Skid Steer Operator for Krugerville, TX.
Hours: 7am to finish (1-week project)
Duties:
Operate skid steer loaders to perform tasks such as digging, grading, and paving on construction sites.
Assist with operating additional equipment, including backhoes, dump trucks, tankers, bulldozers, and graders, as needed.
Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating heavy machinery.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency on the job site.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Skid Steer Operator or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Must have a skid steer certification.
Strong mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
Ability to operate various types of construction machinery, including backhoes, dump trucks, tankers, bulldozers, and graders, is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on construction sites.
