I’m 36. Single mother. My little girl is 4.
Im on disability. Meaning Its secure and guaranteed income from the government .
Same amount always one week early.
Rent can go directly to you the Landlord.
(P.S stairs are are not a problem)
Basically i am in hopes and in search of something more accommodating . I’d like to see my little girl and myself making this next move our home , where we can settle and she can start school soon and make friends.

I’m a responsible , quiet and respectable tenant.
Mindful of my Landlords, other occupants and neighbours.
Cleanliness is a non issue.
Looking for : December.1.2026
Rent Affordability: $1200-$1300
Preference : 1 -2 bedroom suite
(Nearer to kindergarten and elementary school would be ideal but I am mobile . )
If you don’t have a problem with any of what I have mentioned and have a rental you think might be best suited for my daughter and I please I’d so appreciate to hear from you .
