The position is Direct Support Professional (DSP), and the starting compensation is $20 per hour. Once a DSP has been onboard for more than three months and has demonstrated reliability and strong performance, we can consider increasing their pay to $22 per hour. The primary objective of the DSP role is helping our clients become more involved and integrated within their communities. That means taking them to activities, appointments, stores, restaurants, recreational opportunities, and other community-based outings. Must have access to a vehicle.. Valid AND Current drivers license and insurance. Ability to pass drug screening and background checks. Needed for minimum 10 to 15 hours a week TO START...then subsequent hours and clients will be added.
