Pizza chef needed for a wood fired pizza oven at Grotta di Fuoco, Long Beach
Full time, 5 day work week. ASAP start for the job.
We are a dinner only restaurant, shifts begin at 1-2pm, opening at 5pm for service.
Must be able to speak/read english fluently
Must be able to work clean and organized as the pizza station is at the bar, visible to all
Must be able to handle high volume, 60-80 pizzas per night
Pay based upon experience and capability
