HOT4Shirts is looking for an experienced screen printer for contract production work. We need someone who can confidently set up jobs, produce clean, consistent prints, and complete orders on time.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate screen-printing equipment.
Align and register single-color and multicolor designs.
Prepare screens, mix inks, and manage flash and curing settings.
Check print placement, color, coverage, and curing throughout each job.
Count, inspect, fold, and organize finished garments.
Clean and reclaim screens and maintain equipment and work areas.
Troubleshoot printing issues and reduce misprints and waste.
Experience with plastisol inks, underbases, and multicolor registration.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and communication.
Ability to stand for extended periods and handle boxes of apparel.
Heat-press and DTF experience is a plus.
Contract Details
On-site, project-based work. Availability and project schedules will be discussed before each assignment. Rate within the $13–$20 hourly range depends on experience, setup ability, print quality, and production speed.
