Looking for a reliable, experienced renovation laborer to help complete an ongoing residential renovation project.
Work may include:
* Drywall and wall repairs
* Framing assistance
* Installing trim and doors
* Cabinet installation assistance
* Painting and finishing
* Moving materials
* Demolition and cleanup
* General renovation punch-list work
Pay is $20 per hour. Work is available for as long as help is needed and the quality, reliability, and productivity remain good.
You must:
* Have reliable transportation
* Arrive on time and ready to work
* Have real renovation or construction experience
* Work independently and follow instructions
* Maintain a clean and safe work area
* Provide photos of previous work or references
Basic hand tools are preferred. This is renovation labor only—no unlicensed gas, electrical, or plumbing work.
