Band rehearsal spot avail beginning November 1, 2026 (The space itself, NOT any of the gear pictured). My band rents an entire building that easily accommodates two bands. It has two bathrooms, is fully built out, and is great for rehearsing and/or recording. It is secured with alarm and cameras and metal doors, has plenty of parking, 24 hour access and is located in Atlanta. Typically it is available 5 nights a week (My band is in twice a week in evening), but we typically also like to cut practice by 10 PM at latest to ensure good relations with our neighbors. We will be extremely picky about who replaces our current tenant. It is $500 a month, all inclusive, including alarm, internet access, water, electricity, extra storage space. A one month deposit is required.
