**We are a professional cleaning agency based in Atlanta, Georgia who connect cleaning professionals to clients. We are seeking skilled, dependable independent cleaning contractors and established cleaning business owners interested in partnering with our company.
We are expanding our cleaning network to serve residential, commercial, corporate housing, and specialty cleaning clients throughout Metro Atlanta.
AVAILABLE CLEANING OPPORTUNITIES
- Standard residential and deep cleaning
- Weekly, biweekly, and monthly residential cleaning
- Corporate rentals and furnished apartment turnovers
- Airbnb and short-term rental cleaning
- Move-in/move-out cleaning
- Commercial offices and professional buildings
- Bank branches and financial office cleaning opportunities
- Apartment communities and property management turnovers
- Post-construction cleaning
- Retail locations, barbershops, and other commercial properties

SERVICE AREAS – METRO ATLANTA & Surrounding Areas
**North Atlanta:** Dunwoody, Sandy Springs, Brookhaven, Buckhead, Alpharetta, Roswell, and Milton.
**East Atlanta:** Decatur, Tucker, Stone Mountain, and Lawrenceville.
**South Atlanta:** Riverdale, College Park, Forest Park, Jonesboro, Stockbridge, and McDonough.
**Central Atlanta:** Downtown, Midtown, and surrounding communities.
### CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of professional cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
- Own professional cleaning supplies and equipment
- General liability insurance or willingness to obtain coverage
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Ability to follow client-specific cleaning checklists
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professionalism and dependability
- Willingness to complete a W-9 and contractor onboarding agreement
**BACKGROUND CHECKS REQUIRED**
All cleaning partners must successfully complete the required background screening process before receiving assignments.
Applicants may provide a recent, verifiable background check for review or authorize a new screening through our approved process.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Competitive flat-rate pay per completed cleaning assignment
- Up to $20/hour for applicable hourly assignments

CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver professional cleaning according to the agreed scope of work
- Maintain high cleaning standards
- Communicate professionally with clients and management
- Complete cleaning assignments within agreed timeframes
- Follow cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions
- Report completed jobs and any service concerns
- Maintain required contractor documentation and insurance
