Need Side Mirror Repair – 2019 Lexus ES 350

I'm looking for someone experienced in repairing side mirrors on a 2019 Lexus ES 350.

The side mirror is broken at the hinge and won't stay in place. I'm hoping to repair it without replacing the entire mirror assembly, if possible.

I've attached pictures showing the damage.
