Mechanical help with an 1978 gmc motorhome

Hey there my rv is leaking a little fuel I think the line needs to be changed. The hose may be brittle. I also have an issue where the alternator may be arching as the shut off / battery isolator melted after driving 5 mins. I included photos.
The rv is very spacious with tons of room to work on it. It’s a car engine from a OLSMOBILE TORONADO ENGINE 455 rocket

Looking for help today as I need to relocate it to decstur. Currently it’s in atl area east

If you’re close by this would be perfect. I’m sure it’s not a lot of work but I don’t n feel like messing wth fuel today lol
