We are currently looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians for upcoming projects and maintenance assignments in the Downtown Atlanta area.
📍 LOCATION: Atlanta, GA
💼 WORK: Property Maintenance / Repair Projects
💰 PAY: Per Project

We are looking for reliable and experienced technicians who can perform general property maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.
🔧 SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
* General maintenance & repairs
* Apartment / Multifamily maintenance
* Commercial property maintenance
* Preventative maintenance
* Doors, locks & hardware
* Turnover / make-ready work
* General troubleshooting
✅ REQUIREMENTS:
* Previous maintenance technician experience
* Reliable and professional
* Able to troubleshoot and solve problems
* Own transportation required
* Own basic tools preferred
* Able to work independently
* Property maintenance experience preferred
