We bought this leather couch 10 years ago and it's served us well. We're having to move and have no use (or space) for it anymore. It's in great shape, with some wear on it. It does have a seam that's pulled (about 3 inches, but repairable). We bought this for a good amount, but I'm willing to let this go for $199 OBO.
