We are looking for ONE experienced individual with residential electrical skills to work on a new-construction house in Atlanta.NO CREWS !

This is NOT a subcontracting crew position. We are looking for an individual contractor/tradesperson to work alongside our existing construction team.

Experience should include:

- Residential new-construction electrical work
- Electrical rough-in
- Running and securing wire
- Installing electrical boxes
- Receptacle and switch locations
- Lighting circuits
- Proven residential electrical experience
- New-construction rough-in experience strongly preferred

This is contract/project-based work, with the possibility of additional work on our other properties for the right person.
