THE WORK
• Chimney masonry repairs, brickwork, and mortar repairs.
• Chimney cap installation and replacement.
• Chimney crown repairs and replacement.
• Fireplace refractory panel installation and replacement.
• Rooftop chimney projects requiring safe ladder and roof access.
WHAT YOU MUST BRING
• At least 3 years of hands-on chimney repair and masonry experience, including the work listed above.
• Your own reliable truck, tools, ladders, and appropriate roof safety equipment.
• Your own active insurance covering the work you perform; proof of insurance is required.
• The ability to complete projects independently with professional workmanship.
• Safe roof-working practices and experience working at heights.
• Reliability, honesty, clear communication, and availability to take on projects.
• Respect for customers' homes, clean job sites, and attention to detail.
• Photos of completed chimney projects and work references.
We are seeking established, skilled subcontractors. Strong earning potential for someone with the experience, availability, and ability to deliver quality results. Compensation and project terms will be discussed based on experience and scope of work.
