We are seeking energetic and dedicated CDL Class A Owner Operators, only, to join our dynamic transportation team. As an Owner Operator, you will have the opportunity to independently manage your own business while delivering freight efficiently and safely across various routes. This role offers the flexibility of operating your own truck while partnering with a company committed to supporting your success. Your expertise in driving and handling different types of freight will be essential in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
-Safely operate tractor-trailers with manual transmissions, ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations.
-Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and readiness for each route.
-Manage route driving efficiently, adhering to schedules while maintaining safety standards at all times.
-Handle freight securely during transit.
-Communicate proactively with dispatchers regarding delivery status, route changes, or any issues encountered during trips.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience with Intermodal, local commercial truck driving, especially with tractor-trailers and freight delivery, moves in and out of Atlanta Georgia Rail yards.
-Require a minimum of 2 years' experience and no more than 3 MVRs accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years. "No SAPP!!!"
-Knowledge of safety procedures related to freight handling, load securing, and vehicle maintenance.
-Strong understanding of trucking regulations and compliance standards for CDL Class A drivers.
