As a Bartender at Boom Boom Sports Bar, you will be the face of our beverage operation during peak volumes. You aren't just pouring drinks—you are managing the energy behind the bar, engaging with sports fans, and delivering precise, fast service. We need someone who can maintain composure under pressure, think on their feet, and build a loyal base of regulars.
High-Volume Service: Efficiently prepare and serve a wide range of craft beers, classic cocktails, and signature sports-themed mixed drinks in a fast-paced environment.
Guest Engagement: Provide warm, energetic, and professional customer service to fans, regulars, and large groups.
Bar Operations: Set up, maintain, and break down bar stations with a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of professional bartending experience, ideally in a high-volume sports bar, nightclub, or busy casual dining concept.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of beer styles, standard cocktail recipes, and efficient speed-pouring techniques.
Schedule: Flexibility to work nights, weekends, major sporting events, and holiday weekends.
Skills: Excellent communication, a sharp memory for faces and orders, and the ability to move with purpose.
Inventory Control: Monitor bar stock, prepare garnishes, and communicate proactively with management regarding supply needs.
Financial Accuracy: Accurately process payments, operate the POS system, and handle cash drops precisely.
Safety & Compliance: Strictly verify customer IDs to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements and practice responsible alcohol service.
