Do you love meeting new people, going out, networking, nightlife, and being part of exciting social events?
**Atlanta Singles Network is hiring Weekend Event Hosts & Bar Crawl Guides in Atlanta, Georgia** to help us launch and expand our growing calendar of singles events, dating events, matchmaking experiences, professional networking mixers, entrepreneur meetups, happy hours, bar crawls, brunches, and nightlife events throughout Georgia.
We're building an exciting local singles and social community, and we're looking for outgoing, reliable people who want to help bring people together.
This is a fun, social, people-facing position. Your job is basically to **show up at the venue, meet our attendees, talk to people, help everyone connect, and make sure guests know what is going on.**
For our bar crawls, you will help **guide attendees from one venue to the next**, keep the group together, communicate where everyone is going, and help create a fun atmosphere throughout the night.
## WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As an Event Host / Bar Crawl Guide, you may:
- Arrive at the designated venue before the event begins
- Welcome Atlanta Singles Network attendees
- Talk to guests and help introduce people to each other
- Help singles meet other singles
- Help facilitate networking between professionals and entrepreneurs
- Direct attendees to the appropriate area of the venue
- Communicate with venue staff when necessary
- Help organize attendees during bar crawls
- Guide groups from one bar or venue to another
- Answer basic questions about the event
- Encourage guests to socialize and participate
- Take photos and videos when appropriate
- Help promote upcoming Atlanta Singles Network events
- Help sell event tickets, upgrades, VIP experiences, matchmaking services, and future events
- Represent our company professionally while having a great time with our guests
There is a **sales component** to this position, so this is also a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain experience in **sales, marketing, hospitality, events, nightlife, dating/matchmaking, and business development.**

You do **not** necessarily have to work every location. We can assign events based on your location and availability.
We are especially interested in hosts familiar with **Buckhead, Midtown, Downtown Atlanta, Old Fourth Ward, the BeltLine, Virginia-Highland, East Atlanta Village, West Midtown, and surrounding Atlanta nightlife districts**.
We are also looking for people who may eventually become **lead event hosts or local event coordinators** as Atlanta Singles Network grows.
## WEEKEND & HOLIDAY AVAILABILITY
Most of our events take place on **Friday and Saturday evenings**, with additional events on Thursdays and Sundays.
We especially need people who are available for **Halloween events, holiday parties, New Year's celebrations, and large weekend bar crawls**.
If you do a great job, this can become **regular work almost every weekend.**
We're planning to expand our events calendar, so dependable team members will have opportunities for recurring assignments.

- Familiar with Atlanta's nightlife, restaurant, and social scene
Experience in **events, hospitality, nightlife, restaurants, sales, promotions, customer service, marketing, dating/matchmaking, or entertainment** is helpful, but not required.
We're much more interested in finding someone with the **right personality, energy, reliability, and people skills.**
## TRANSPORTATION
**You must be able to get yourself to the assigned event location.**
We do **not reimburse Uber, Lyft, taxi, MARTA, public transportation, parking, gas, or other transportation expenses.**
You are responsible for making sure you can reliably get to and from any event you agree to work.
Taking public transportation is completely fine.
If you live in Sandy Springs, Alpharetta, Marietta, Roswell, Decatur, or another surrounding city, we can try to assign events closer to your location.
