The Driver/Operator for Rolling Load, LLC is responsible for the safe, efficient, and professional operation of company-owned or contracted commercial vehicles. This role ensures timely pickup and delivery of freight while upholding all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate BOX TRUCKS ONLY!!!! MANDATORY 3WEEKS OTR NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!
Pick up and deliver freight on schedule and in accordance with dispatch instructions
Maintain communication with dispatch regarding delays, issues, or route updates
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately
Ensure cargo is properly secured and handled with care
Follow all federal, state, and local traffic laws and DOT compliance rules
Maintain accurate logs, load documents, receipts, and delivery confirmations
Keep vehicle clean, organized, and in good working condition
Represent Rolling Load, LLC with professionalism when interacting with customers
Complete additional duties as assigned by management
Must Wear PPE And Safety Vest While On duty
Must Be Technically Savy for (ELD AND TRACKING PURPOSES)
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license (CDL or Non-CDL depending on equipment)
Clean driving record with strong safety awareness
Ability to lift, load, or unload freight as needed
Strong communication and time-management skills
Prior commercial driving or logistics experience preferred
Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the road
