Domino is an all around great horse, was used on a ranch until end of June when I purchased him. I have had multiple people ride him, including kids of all ages, and he did great. He is a very easy going guy. Probably more whoa than go but he will get going when you want him to.
No bite or kick. He did slightly buck once when we had been three days in the mountains, but I just lunged him for a few minutes and then he did great. Does well on the trail, can go out by himself or with other horses. I have one other horse, a mare, and he does like being in the front, at least with her. Otherwise, he is definitely a middle personality.
He stands, ties, clips, bathes, and loads well. He is good for the Ferrier, pulled his front foot a few times but listened and stood still once we told him to be good. He is shod on the two front feet right now.
He had a complete vet check and vaccine update on 5/14/26. He has been around dogs, goats, rabbits, and cats.
Cons: He has pawed at the gate a few times when he wanted to be fed but stopped when I told him to.
Reason I am selling:
I have had my mare since 2019 and she has been an only horse on the property. We purchased Domino for another horse when out elk hunting, as sometimes my mare can get fidgety when out by herself away from the property. Domino really helped her with that, but I don't like how it has made her act at home since we brought him here. She has become very "marish" and she was never that way before. So due to no fault of his own, I am selling him, as I really like my mare and have had her for a long time.
