Scope: Install 80 lin ft of seamless gutters (40 ft front + 40 ft back) + 6 downspouts (115" each) with all hardware.

Specs:

· 5" K-style seamless aluminum
· Hangers @ 24" spacing (~40 total)
· 4 end caps, sealant, screws
· 6 downspouts with 2 elbows each + wall brackets

Includes: Remove & haul old gutters, install with proper slope, downspout drainage away from foundation, cleanup.

Excludes: Fascia/soffit repair, roof work, leaf guards.

Site: 1 and 2 story
