OEM brand new. Fits Model 3 and Model Y 2020-2024. I bought it to fix my clogged vent. Dash trim is quite easy to remove. See YouTube video about dashboard removal: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sVIhXtjaO6w. My clogged vent turned out to be the trim cover flexed to block the vent holes. Thus, this new part was never used. I can even teach you how to remove the trim to access the vent assembly. For 2024 Model Y, there is a screw on each end of the wooden trim bar (absent for older years).
