Cash wage $11.35 an hour
What we're looking for:
TIPS Certification – REQUIRED
Local Astoria/Queens bar experience is a huge plus
Has worked in neighborhood bars or pubs
Builds regulars and remembers guests
Fast and consistent, even when it's busy
Knows how to properly pour a Guinness (non-negotiable)
21 or older
Responsibilities:
Deliver fast, consistent drinks
Engage guests and build relationships
Keep a clean, organized bar
Follow all ID and alcohol compliance standards
