We are looking for an experienced and dependable Cook to join our kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
* Handle food prep and maintain proper portioning
* Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked
* Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
* Work efficiently during busy service periods
* Communicate and work well with the kitchen team
* Assist with opening, closing, and general kitchen duties
Requirements:
* Previous restaurant kitchen/cooking experience preferred
* Experience with Spanish or Mediterranean cuisine is a plus
* Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
* Must maintain a clean and professional work environment
