The space is nice and wide. So no door dings or having to climb out of your sunroof. You must be able to skillfully back into or out of the long driveway pictured. Car can't be longer than 190 inches so no gigantic SUV's please.
A water hose is available during warm weather to give your car an occasional wash. An air compressor is also available to inflate your tires.
