Full-time Business Manager needed for Aspen general contractor. Knowledge of Sage 300 Construction & Real Estate helpful. Responsibilities include working closely with the company owner and project manager billing jobs and company finances, including payroll and quarterly payroll reports, AP/AR, GL, and preparing financials. Also manages customer and subcontractor contracts and insurance and the construction office. The company owner has real estate properties, and the manager helps monitor leases, shows the properties and advertises vacancies, collects rent, and assists with maintenance.
