We have a small,nice room in an air conditioned home in Ashland .
The room has new carpet and paint.
About us-
4 older guys who live together with integrity,harmony,and respect,in a cozy old house in the 300 block of West Nevada street.
If you smoke cigarettes,that's ok outside of the house,but no marijuana/drugs/alcohol on the premises.
We all help keep the house and yard clean and nice,
Helping with house maintenance is required, but it’s nothing major that takes a lot of your time.
We have a nice backyard,room for a backyard garden,and some storage space.
The kitchen and bathroom are shared.
We hope to have a long-term housemate,at least a year.
Rent must absolutely be paid on time!
Spectrum 500 mbs Wifi is available for a nominal fee;all other utilities and laundry is included.
Unfurnished.
No pets,sorry.
Last thing-
The upstairs tenant (me)plays his electric guitar or drums a few times a week.
Never at night, and never longer than 1 hour.
$550 a month.
