RAD Trail (4) Batteries! - $800 (Ashland)

I live on a steep hill and after a year, the connections on the battery burnt, causing the bike to throw errors and shut down.
I successfully went through warranty and they gave me two new batteries.
After another 10 months (9000 miles total), the second pair of batteries began experiencing the same problems.
There are visible burnt spots on the panels that the electrical prongs on the bike connect to in the batteries.
The second time I went through warranty for the exact same problem, I was denied. Most likely because the company is experiencing bankruptcy and might go out of business.
I have the original charger, user manual, and keys.
The only thing causing this bike to malfunction is the connections in the batteries. But I cannot understand how to fix it.
I bought a new, different bike and would like to sell this one to someone who can fix the batteries. I am happy to provide photos of the inner mechanisms on the batteries themselves upon request.
Some of the batteries turn the bicycle on still, but they throw errors persistently(pic).
Other problems are, headlight wire is snapped(on the headlight side), as well as tires are starting to bald, could use replacement.
I have (2) rad pannier bags for the bike that originally were $79 each I would also sell for $10 a pop.
