This is a custom-made QUEEN "Captain's" bed in VERY GOOD condition. It features a slanted headboard, 2 sliders, and 4 large drawers beneath the mattress platform. All is designed in “European Style” faces (flush). We designed it and had it made by Bettencourt Furnishings in Medford. There are 2 small drawers and a cupboard on either side of the bed and a total of 4 additional drawers beneath the bed platform for storage. The material is probably alder, maybe birch. This is a steal at $250.

Dimensions:
Height of headboard: 36”
Width of headboard: 96” (8’)
Drawers beneath mattress shelf: 16” x 33” (x4)
Small drawers in headboard: approximately 12”
Small cabinets in headboard: approximately 12”
Tiny lift-up compartment at foot of bed: approximately 12” (we use it for rolled textiles).
