Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Building and maintaining temporary fencing
Feeding hay and maintaining water tanks
Operating and maintaining ranch equipment
Assisting with year-round grazing operations and grazing management
Maintaining ranch infrastructure
Doctoring and sorting cattle
Irrigating pasture
General ranch work as needed
Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, eager to learn and grow, and have a genuine interest in grazing management. We are looking for someone who is tenacious, resourceful, practical, and able to take direction well, with a kind, calm, and positive demeanor.
Requirements:
Prior experience working with cattle.
Experience operating and maintaining equipment
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Familiarity with the climate and conditions of Southern Oregon; local candidates preferred
Compensation: Competitive, with potential housing included for the right candidate.

Requisitos:
Experiencia trabajando con ganado
Experiencia usando y manteniendo equipo
Licencia de manejar.
Poder pasar una revisión de antecedentes antes de empezar el trabajo
Conocer el área y el clima del sur de Oregon es preferible. Preferimos gente locales.
Compensación: Sueldo competitivo. Existe la posibilidad de incluir vivienda.
