In very good condition and just completely serviced. New hard tension strings installed, cleaned and oiled the fingerboard and cleaned and polished the frets. Serviced the tuners and adjusted the neck for ease of play. Only very minor wear spots. It's a used guitar, but definitely not abused. After you play all the laminated top guitars come and try this solid Cedar top out. Hear the difference! An affordable quality guitar that will only get better with age.
