We need a part-time Garde Manger, hungry to learn everything they can and who wants to create cuisine using the freshest ingredients from local farms.
Our restaurant is not corporate, but rather a team who supports each other with leadership and ownership who are in the trenches with you.
No need for us to list the long list of things that are understood.
Pay- It is vital we have a short probationary period to make sure it's a great fit.
$18/hr starting pay with 3% Kitchen Appreciation added to every check. This adds substantial money to each pay check... the more business we do, our BoH shares that success. (average of $25/hr)
Upon completion of the probationary period, you will have been trained not only in Garde Manger, but also Grill, Sautee, Prep, etc... and be given a $2 raise.
