I work graveyard shifts at hotels, so my schedule is a little unusual. During the daylight hours I'm pursuing teaching, tutoring, writing, music, and art projects. My new book is coming out this week, and I'm trying to build a life around creating things rather than simply working and going home.
I'm also a musician in progress. I play a little synth/piano and wind instruments and want to keep practicing. I enjoy good food, conversation with interesting people, and having a quiet place to decompress at the end of the week. I also have a hookah, which is admittedly a rather glamorous piece of furniture, so ideally there would be room for it.
I'm looking for a room or shared living situation for under $1,000/month. I'm flexible on the move-in date, with about a month's notice being ideal.
