My steers are 50%+ Wagyu and commercial Angus mixbreed.
Fed for slow gain and maximum flavor, moderate amount of cracked corn for over a year, along with high quality hay.
Genetically superior marbling and tenderness.
Raised with respect, and kindness.
Birth to butcher on my farm in Eastern Oregon.
$7/pound hanging weight for 1/4 share, includes all butcher fees.
($6.50/pound for 1/2 share)
Whole carcass weights have ranged from 650-750 pounds. The one remaining is a smaller framed steer.
