This utility engine is in excellent cosmetic condition with no visible scratches or dents, and includes the owner's manual. The tester indicated that the unit has been previously used but is not broken. However, because key functional tests like shaft rotation, spark plug connection, and the recoil starter were not fully detailed in the audio, the item is graded as partial.
