We have a spot available for a camper, RV, or 5th wheel just off the Mountain Loop Highway outside of Granite Falls. This is not part of an RV park - it is a private lot that you would have all to yourself. The lot has a sizable yard and an enclosed shed with power. There is a private gravel driveway with room to park at least one additional vehicle.

The lot has both 50 amp and 30 amp power hookups, as well as water and 110-volt outlets. Water, electric, and garbage pickup are included in the rent. You will need to make arrangements for pumping your black water, or use a composting toilet or something similar.

Looking for a 1-year lease. $800 deposit, which in most cases can be last month's rent.
