Looking for a Lady (or possibly a couple) to provide personal aid care for a disabled lady( for only 3 days a week (in exchange for a small cute country home) ( work for trade for housing) including utilities and vegetable garden on beautiful acreage outside Granite Falls.) (With beautiful views of the mountain.) (Access to the Garden.) (With beautiful walking trails to the river.) The lady will need to be able to help me stand and pivot into my wheelchair to my recliner/toilet/bed. ( I'm very lightweight and easy to get along with) No experience necessary, I provide all training. License and a clean driving record required. No drugs or alcohol on the property. Background check and drug test required. (Willing to train the right person.)
This is a drug and alcohol-free environment.

The caregiver house has all beautiful hardwood floors. One bathroom with shower. There is a full size washer and dryer. You'll have your own private kitchen there's a private living room. The caregiver house also has a private master bedroom. There is also a small bedroom that could be used for an office. There is a large covered deck with a beautiful view of the mountain. There is lots of beautiful trails to walk on there's a creek and a River. There is several fields. There is picnic tables and gazebo. Lots of beautiful trees. There's a beautiful view of the mountain which you can see in the pictures. We do not allow drugs or alcohol on the property. This is a work for trade for housing. For 3 days a week. In exchange for a living in this private caregiver house.
Background checks and Drug Testing Mandatory (nonsmoker preferred ) and serious inquiries only. Just HONEST and trustworthy applicants need to apply experience preferred. ( Willing to train the right person)
