Part-time renter is someone who comes into the city on weekdays to work and goes back home on weekends. Looking for a single professional, drama-free, trustworthy, no drugs, (social drinker is ok) non-smoker person who pays rent on time. I have a cleaner who comes in every 2 weeks for cleaning. It will be only me with 2 small friendly cavaliers.
It’s a new luxury condo with 2 beds and 2 baths. The room is furnished with a queen-sized bed, dresser, and nightstands. The condo is located in Rosslyn (Arlington), 2 blocks from the metro. There is no parking but a few public garages are within a block from the building. Parking is free after 5. The building has many amenities…gym, library, party room, BBQ grills, a gated community like having a private mini-park, a concierge, and a roof-top sunbathing area.
I try to live a healthy lifestyle. I like to work out, doing yoga, playing tennis a few times a week. I enjoy going to happy hour with friends every now and then. I am a social drinker, no drugs, no drama, no baggage. I like to follow current events and enjoy music.
