We are now hiring an experienced handyman technician for our occupied properties located in Dallas/Collin/Tarrant counties.
- $27 p/h +Overtime
- $1,500 Quarterly Bonus
- Up to $1,000 Monthly Production Bonus
- Up to $500 Monthly Customer Review Bonus
- Company vehicle included.
5-year handyman experience required.
Must be independent, no general contractors. This is a full-time position.
Duties include but are not limited to painting, sheetrock repair, texture, fence repairs, flooring, doors, windows, light plumbing, electrical repairs, and more.
** YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SHEETROCK, TEXTURE AND PAINT
Must complete all services and repairs correctly and on schedule daily.
Must be able to report to management daily and have strong communication skills. Emailing, text messaging, and providing photos is required.
Minimum basic hand tools and power tools is required.
Must be willing to travel throughout Dallas/Collin/Tarrant counties.
Drug screening and background checks.
