He is an Indian guy who runs Craigslist adds saying fixup my house for a down payment and you can purchase. I fixed up the interior of the house at 411 Rifleman Trail Arlington Texas 76010 and this morning I received a notice to vacate..I don't know his real name but I have a family and we had an apartment and I informed him that we needed to sign a lease agreement and he gave me a month to month piece of paper from 09 26-12 26 after I paid him. He is a crook and a thief. Anyone knows or have had his please call me show contact info
I intend to take him to court and report him to TREC.
