8 x 10 tiny home with covered porch off of the main level and tiny balcony off of the sleeping loft. Completely wired and insulated - Just park it wherever you want and plug it in with an extension cord to power up your outlets and lights.
We have used it as an office and a spare bedroom with a space heater in the winter and an AC unit in the summer as needed with no issues.
This structure is compact enough to fit just about anywhere and you can avoid the hassles of most zoning restrictions and HOA covenants by leaving it on a trailer.
